During the guarantee period, bicycle repairs must be carried out in authorised technical service centres.
Manipulation of the bicycle in a non-authorised workshop or fitting spare parts not provided by Ecobike, will render the guarantee void.
The mechanical components may be changed freely (handlebars, fork, pedals, saddle, etc.). The electrical components (motor, controllers, batteries and sensors)
must not be modified or replaced by elements made by other brands.
We recommend the use of original Ecobike spare parts for your bicycle.
Ecobike recommends carrying out a regular check-up of the bicycle at least every two months
